StyleLite
StyleLite is an Australian made premium acrylic finished board which provides a superior appearance and finish to those of Laminates, 2 pack or vinyl – making it the preferred choice for interior designers, architects and discerning homeowners. It is laminated using EGR’s premier polyurethane (PUR) hot melt bonding system which produces a ripple free finish that is highly resistant to heat, moisture and environmental change over time.
It is available in TruGloss and TruMatte finishes, both providing a smooth, flawless surface with an unsurpassed depth of colour. These finishes offer a smooth surface that can be used in a wide variety of cabinetry and joinery projects, including kitchen and bathroom storage, bespoke furniture, feature panels and more.

The surface is backed with a protective film, which can be removed with ease. However, it is important to note that the surface becomes more scratch resistant over the first few days after the film is removed, and therefore should be lightly polished at this stage with Novus No. 1 Plastic Polish or Plexus Plastic Polish, using a clean microfibre cloth or damp chamois.
General Cleaning: For general cleaning, wipe the surface with a soft cloth and non-abrasive soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, thinners or methylated spirits on the StyleLite surfaces as these will void the 10 year warranty.
For heavier scratches, apply a fine compound polish and buff in back and forth motion at right angles to visible scratches with a damp microfibre cloth or chamois. This will remove all marks and light scratches, and will also refinish the surface.
A range of edge treatments are also available for StyleLite, including the popular ZeroLine laser edging technology which allows a 1mm edge tape to be ‘fused’ directly onto the end of the panel without any glue. This is a more efficient method of edgebanding and will result in a stronger bond between the panel and edgebanding than traditional methods.
